My objective as a ballet coach is to utilize my expertise as a former professional dancer, knowledge of the body, and cross training to develop the whole dancer. My background and teaching methods are especially suited to students who are pursuing pre-professional ballet training but are also valuable to those who are interested in developing the strength and aesthetic of a ballerina.

My instruction and coaching emphasize precision, musicality, strength, artistry, and injury prevention. With an extensive background in the Balanchine technique, ballet repertoire, audition and performance preparation, fitness and body conditioning, and experience pursuing a professional ballet career, I love the opportunity to help clients reach their fullest potential in a positive and nurturing training environment.
